Oil and natural gas
Material selection suggestion
The main materials for pipes consider austenite, martensite, (super) duplex stainless steel, iron-nickel alloys, titanium alloys, etc.
High-end oil well pipes should have high strength, high toughness, high elasticity, resistance to high pressure and high temperature, and high corrosion resistance.
Special threaded casings should meet the requirements of various complex geological conditions.
Economical casings consider H40 or lower steel grades.
Line pipes consider materials in the direction of high strength, resistance to large strain, corrosion resistance, low temperature resistance, and bimetallic composite pipes.
